At Fire and Fusion Creations, we are committed to delivering your handcrafted jewelry with care and in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle shipping for all orders.
Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. In the event of significant delays, we will notify you by email.
Domestic Shipping (Within the U.S.):
- We offer Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) and Express Shipping (1-3 business days).
- Express shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
International Shipping:
- We do not currently ship to international destinations.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.
- Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Shipping Restrictions:
- Please note that some items, such as delicate or oversized pieces, may have specific shipping requirements or restrictions. These will be outlined on the product page.
