A patterned variscite cabochon sits within an open circle of solid sterling silver, creating a pendant with a clean silhouette and distinctive gemstone detail. The stone’s pale blue-gray appearance and darker web-like markings contrast with the bright silver setting.
I handcrafted this pendant in Louisville, Kentucky, and finished it with my signature and a 925 stamp. The round gemstone measures a little over 12 mm in diameter, and the overall pendant measures approximately 24 mm.
Choose pendant only to wear with your own chain, or select the pendant with an 18-inch sterling silver box chain. The optional Italian-made chain measures approximately 0.6 mm wide and has a rhodium-plated finish.

Care instructions Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing. Avoid soaking, harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners, and steam cleaning. Store separately to protect the gemstone and silver from scratches. Polish exposed sterling silver carefully, avoiding the stone; use a soft, nonabrasive cloth on the rhodium-plated chain.
